A cosmetic tattoo enhances features of the face morning, noon and night. Eyebrows, eyeliner and lip pigment are permanently applied. Results imitate applied cosmetics, either dramatic or natural, depending upon the style requested by the client. Topical anaesthetics are used to minimise any discomfort.

About Me
Hi everyone, my name is Sheila Tobutt and firstly I would like to thank you for taking interest in my work. This is just a brief overview of my background to give you some insight into my passion.
I started out in this industry in 2009 when I completed my IMA (International Make-Up Artist) qualification in London. Shortly after this, I completed my training in Cosmetic Tattoo. Since this time, i've worked with thousands of clients in both the UK and Australia.

My first beauty salon was located in London and after emigrating to Australia, I opened 4 salons in two states. I'm now in Melbourne. In 2015, I completed a Cert IV in Training and Assessment and have my own training school in Cosmetic Tattoo. I've trained all over Australia and have online theory courses throughout the world in Cosmetic Chemistry. I've always been passionate about art and went to art college on leaving school back in 1997. I'm also passionate about chemistry and have a science degree, which I completed in 2004. The chemistry component of tattoo is overlooked in my opinion, but is vital to understand, as the implantation colour is not the healed colour.

For me, cosmetic tattoo is about enhancing features to suit each individual and each client will vary according to their face shape and facial features. It's my job to bring the best out in you.
